At Cotopaxi, we want you to love your Gear for Good, but we understand if things don't work out. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unwashed condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Method

Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

Print and Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return.
