How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your adventure gear sooner. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain outlet or final sale items may be ineligible for return.

How do I clean and care for my Cotopaxi down jacket?
To maintain the loft and longevity of your down jacket, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a specialized down detergent. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to prevent the down from clumping.
